International real estate broker Tranio is looking for a part-time or freelance writer to join our team in Moscow, Russia.
We are looking for English speakers with native level proficiency and an interest in international real estate.
This is an excellent opportunity to get published in leading news outlets and industry publications around the globe.
We regularly contribute content and materials to The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Independent, Gulf News, Die Welt and a broad array of real estate and investment industry publications.
Here’s how it works:
You write articles, ranging from in-depth market analyses to entertaining listicles
We submit those articles to our international media partners
Your stories get published under your byline
While your primary aim in this role will be to produce content for our media partners, the job will also entail occasional in-house writing, including content for the website, staff training materials, etc.
The ideal candidate will excel at writing a broad range of articles, including:
News and feature stories covering major events and their actual or potential impact on global markets
Feature stories covering the policies and innovations that may shape real estate markets in the years to come (e.g. immigration law reform, game-changing real estate startups, new building standards, etc.)
Informational and advisory articles geared toward property purchasers and investors
Market reports covering countries and cities around the world
Entertaining listicles related to international destinations, expat life, etc.
You will work closely with Tranio’s editorial team to develop and execute story ideas.
Salary is dependent on your skills and experience. We will discuss this with you during the interview stage.
