Требования
1. Higher Technical Education (in IT sphere)
2. 3 years experience on relevant position;
3. Understanding of project management (one realized project will be considered like an advantage (according to Continental guidance level of PROMT).
4. International Experience - Has preferably gained experience with different cultures in projects or internships / study abroad
5. English – intermediate
Обязанности
▪ Configure and support of information systems
▪ Connect, make changes and testing of existing and new IT equipment/applications
▪ Register users and grant them necessary rights or restrictions based on processes definitions, time or other type of usage
▪ Make repairing works with third party companies if it is necessary
▪ Make backup and restoration of data
▪ Make testing and fast solving issues on site if it is possible
▪ Make required steps and measures for antivirus and security protection
▪ Execute support from/with 2nd level or 3rd level if it is necessary
▪ Execute monitoring of IT environment/applications and ensure quality of service
▪ Provide users support and helpdesk
▪ Provide control and check of installation for third party companies of IT equipment/applications
▪ Report about utilization, efficiency of IT equipment/applications and also register unauthorized or forbidden activities of the users
▪ Execute defined processes, procedures, instructions and best practices related to the field of IT
▪ Provide necessary maintenance activities
▪ Take part in global and local IT related or cross-functional projects;
▪ Learn new information, techniques and tools in IT sphere and implement them accordingly.
▪ Insure safety and security standards in IT environment
▪ Create proposals for developing of IT environment
▪ Create and fill in journal of system information and other documents and reports if necessary
▪ Develop and update technical documentation (instructions)
▪ Providing of related (to tasks) trainings to the employees.
