▪ Front Office Manager will coordinate the day-to-day Front Office, Bell/Valet and telephone service to maximize profitability while ensuring the utmost in guest service and satisfaction. The exercise of superior managerial skills are required as position involves frequent decision making, meeting of deadlines, negotiations of contracts with vendors, and analytical skill.▪ We require a Front Office Manager to be a Role model for a team of 17 associates which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the hotel departments.
▪ Front Office Manager is reporting into the General manager. The position is very guest focused, with an expectation to be a strong leader to the team and a natural host to the guests.
▪ Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards, such as:
▪ Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards;
▪ Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement;
▪ Ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognized and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude and promotes the SPG (hotel brand’s loyalty scheme);
▪ Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities;
▪ Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures;
▪ Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork;
▪ Ensure associates have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices;
▪ Maintain excellent communication and working relationships with all hotel departments;
▪ Cooperate with HR department and monitor staffing levels to meet business demands;
▪ Conduct monthly communication meetings with keeping records / minutes;
▪ Manage staff performance issues in compliance with Starwood policies and procedures;
▪ Recruit, manage, train and develop the Front Office team;
▪ Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems;
▪ Cooperate with other departments to ensure Guest Satisfaction.
Требования:
Иностранные языки: Английский — свободный
A combination of higher education, sales and leadership trainings or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional leadership , fluency in English
A minimum of two years experience as Front office manager is preferred.
Experience in openings would be an additional privilege.
